One of the hardest things to do in life is sell ourselves. Resumés and interviews are often basic and do not do a great job of highlighting our value. Some of us know our value but struggle to communicate it, and others of us struggle to see any of our own value. While at the same time, we could easily list 5 things of value to multiple people around us, and they could do the same for us. When we look around, it seems there is always someone else with more skills, talent, and results. The endless mountain of tasks to accomplish in personal and/or professional life can leave us feeling like we are not good enough, and we start to believe the lie that we can’t measure up.
